The Media Habitat, c. 1975 installation explored the archives of the audio-visual programme from the 1976 UN Habitat Conference in Vancouver. The installation examined the visual culture and knowledge production of the conference, highlighting how international aid and media shaped the representation of the Global South. By revisiting these historical materials, the project encouraged reflection on the role of media in constructing narratives around global development and urbanization.
