Children’s Workshop: Dream Garden Drawing Workshop invited young residents of Al Manakh to contribute imaginatively to the urban garden’s design by drawing their ideal gardens. Encouraged to move beyond conventional playgrounds, children freely expressed their aspirations, resulting in vibrant depictions of nature-inspired play spaces and fantastical gardens filled with smiling plants and apple trees.

Adults Workshop: Programme Development and Spatial Planning brought neighbourhood residents together to shape the urban garden at Al Qasimiyah School as a shared public space. Through small-group discussions and a hands-on collaging exercise using programme cut-outs placed on a site plan, participants articulated needs, priorities, and spatial arrangements. The workshop established a participatory foundation for the project, fostering collaboration between the community and the Triennial.
