This exhibition reconstructs the lived reality of Gaza as a besieged and paradoxical landscape shaped by urgency, scarcity, and resilience. Bringing to the surface the practices of the ‘Invisibles’, it reveals modes of survival and spatial production that challenge colonial power structures and geographies of exclusion through the reappropriation of discarded resources. The Space is transformed into an experimental laboratory, presenting an accumulation of components developed through Sharif and Golzari’s ongoing work with the Palestine Regeneration Team (PART), in collaboration with families rebuilding fragments of neighbourhoods and homes. Salvaged materials rammed earth, crushed concrete from rubble, reused reinforcement bars, fired and unfired clay, corrugated metal, timber, and cardboard are reassembled into objects and artefacts that, in their collective presence, construct an alternative reality.
